Terms and Conditions

*The following promotion starts from 25th January 2018 to 28th February 2018 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”):

1. The “Free Special Dessert” (“Merchant Offer”) is only applicable to Customers (“Customers”) of Tap & Go Payment Service (“Tap & Go”) who use “Go QR” payment method via Tap & Go to pay a single invoice of HK$100 or above at the designated restaurants of TeaWood (“Merchant”) during the Promotion Period.
2. Each Customer (counted by valid identity document number) can enjoy the Merchant Offer once during the Promotion Period.
3. The Offer can only be enjoyed once for each transaction. The quota of the Merchant Offer is limited to two hundred (200) per designated restaurant of the Merchant during the Promotion Period, available on a first-come-first-served basis. Please check with the Merchant for details.
4. The Merchant Offer is applicable to eat-in only.
5. The Merchant Offer cannot be used in exchange for cash, service, other products or discounts.
6. The Merchant Offer is not transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, coupons or promotional offers unless otherwise specified. Please check with the Merchant for details.
7. All transactions using the Merchant Offer are not refundable.
8. HKT Payment Limited (“HKT Payment”) accepts no liability for the quality of or any other matters relating to the food, drinks, goods, products and services provided by the Merchant. The Merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to its provision of food, drinks, goods, products and services.
9. HKT Payment reserves the right to vary or cancel the Merchant Offer and/or amend or alter these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any disputes, the decision of HKT Payment shall be final and conclusive. Tap & Go is subject to its relevant terms and conditions. 10. In the event of inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
