Terms and Conditions

*This promotion (“Promotion”) starts from 1 August, 2019 to 31 August, 2019(both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”):

  1. HK$20 Tap & Go stored value (“Reward”):
    The Reward is applicable to customers (“Customers”) of Tap & Go Payment Service (“Tap & Go”) who successfully top-up their Tap & Go accounts each time for at least HK$200 through HEYCOINS Kiosks or Hong Kong Monetary Authority （”HKMA”） Coin Cart during the Promotion Period. Please visit [http://www.tapngo.com.hk/coins] for the locations and operations hours of HEYCOINS Kiosks or the HKMA Coin Cart.
  2. Each Customer (counted by valid identity document number) can enjoy the Reward once during the Promotion Period.
  3. The Reward will be automatically credited to the Tap & Go accounts of the Customers on or before 30 September, 2019.
  4. Customers’ Tap & Go accounts must still be valid when Customers receive the Reward. Otherwise, the Reward will be cancelled without notice. The Reward cannot be transferred to another Tap & Go account.
  5. This Reward is not applicable to Customers who have received or are eligible to receive the rewards in the specific promotion from 14 June, 2017 to 30 September, 2017, from 1 February, 2018 to 31 March, 2019 or from 7 May, 2019 to 31 July, 2019 (both dates inclusive) using HEYCOINS Kiosks to top up their Tap & Go accounts.   6. The Reward cannot be exchanged for gift, service or discount.
  7. From 1 July, 2018, Customers who top-up their Tap & Go accounts each time through HEYCOINS kiosks will be charged a service fee determined by HEYCOINS at its sole discretion from time to time without prior notice.For enquires and details, please visit heycoins.com/en/faq.php.
  8. HKT Payment Limited (“HKT Payment”) shall be responsible for Tap & Go and the arrangement of the Promotion. HKT Payment reserves its sole rights to vary or cancel the Promotion and/or amend or alter these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any disputes, the decision of HKT Payment shall be final and conclusive. Tap & Go is subject to Tap & Go Payment Service Terms and Conditions.   9. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version will prevail.
