Terms and Conditions

  1. The ticket is only valid during the period of Hong Kong Pet Show 2018(“Event”) organized by Exhibition Group Limited (“Organizer”) from 9 Feb 2018 to 11 Feb 2018 (Friday – Sunday).
  2. Buy-one-get-one offer only applies to the first 500customers of Tap & Go payment Service (“Tap & Go”) who purchase the tickets via Tap & Go mobile wallet while stock last.
  3. No refund policy is applicable.
  4. Once the transaction is completed, the tickets cannot be changed, cancelled, refunded or transferred.
  5. Please present this ticket at the redemption ticket counter in HKCEC Hall 3 (Redemption Ticket Counter is located at Hall 3D Entrance & Pet Carry Entrance) for admission and collection of a gift. Regardless of the age, an admission ticket is for one person to enter the Event once only. Once this ticket is used, the QR code showing on this ticket will be deactivated and cannot be reused.
  6. Ticket redemption counter will be closed 30 minutes before the designated closing time of the event each day.
  7. The tickets cannot be exchanged for cash or/and other services, and cannot be used in conjunction any with other promotional offers including discount and coupon.
  8. The terms and conditions of the coupon are subject to change without prior notice. The Organizer of the Event reserves the discretionary right for final decisions.
  9. The Organizer is responsible for the arrangement of the tickets. For details of the Event, please visit www.petshow.com.hk. HKT Payment Limited (“HKT Payment”) is responsible for Tap & Go.   10. The Organizer and HKT Payment are not the suppliers of the products and services of the merchants at the Event and shall not be responsible for any liability, losses or damages in relation thereto.
  11. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

This promotion (“Promotion”) starts from 9th February, 2018 to 11th February, 2018 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”):

  1. HK$100 Tap & Go stored value reward (“Reward”)
    The Reward is applicable to Customers (“Customers”) of Tap & Go Payment Service (“Tap & Go”) who successfully upload a copy of a valid identity document, obtain and add a Tap & Go Card to their Tap & Go mobile wallets, and spend an aggregated amount of at least HK$800 (“Aggregated Spending”) through Tap & Go during the Promotion Period at the selected exhibitors (“Selected Exhibitors”) of the Hong Kong Pet Show 2018 which is organized by Exhibition Group Limited (visit www.tapngo.com.hk/eng/petshow/ for details of the Selected Exhibitors).
  2. The quota for the Reward is limited to 2,000 during the Promotion Period, available on a first-come-first-served basis. For enquiries on the Reward, please call Tap & Go’s Service Hotline at 2888 0000.
  3. Each Customer (counted by valid identity document number) can enjoy the Reward once during the Promotion Period.
  4. The Reward will be automatically credited to Customers’ Tap & Go accounts within fourteen (14) days after the Promotion Period.
  5. Customers’ Tap & Go accounts must still be valid when Customers receive the Reward. Otherwise, the Reward will be cancelled without notice. The Reward cannot be withdrawn.
  6. The Reward cannot be used in exchange for cash, gift, service or discount.
  7. HKT Payment Limited (“HKT Payment”) accepts no liability for the quality of or any other matters relating to the goods, products, food, drinks and services provided by the Selected Exhibitors. The Selected Exhibitors are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to the provision of goods, products, food, drinks and services.
  8. HKT Payment reserves its sole rights to vary or cancel the Promotion and/or amend or alter these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any disputes, the decision of HKT Payment shall be final and conclusive. Tap & Go is subject to the relevant terms and conditions.   9. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version will prevail.
