*The following promotion (“Promotion”) starts from 1 March, 2018 to 30 April, 2018 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”):

  1. The redemption code for the designated “Travel Care” 5 days 4 nights Travel Insurance provided by FWD Insurance (reference price: HK$155) (“Reward”). This Reward is applicable to the first 500 customers of Tap & Go Payment Service (“Tap & Go”) who successfully upload a copy of a valid identity document (“Qualified Customer”). Qualified Customers will receive this Reward if they settle payment with Tap & Go upon a single net purchase of HK$1,500 or above at dedicated websites and mobile apps including Air Asia (www.airasia.com)、Airbnb (www.airbnb.com)、Agoda (www.agoda.com)、Booking.com (www.booking.com)、Cathay Pacific Airways (www.cathaypacific.com)、Cebu Pacific Air (www.cebupacificair.com)、China Airlines (www.china-airlines.com/hk)、ctrip (www.ctrip.com.hk)、Expedia (www.expedia.com.hk)、Hong Kong Airlines (www.hongkongairlines.com)、Hong Kong Express (www.hkexpress.com)、hotels.com (www.hotels.com)、hutchgo.com (www.hutchgo.com.hk)、klook (www.klook.com)、Vanilla Air (www.vanilla-air.com)、永安旅遊 (www.wingontravel.com) 或Zuji (www.zuji.com.hk) (collectively, the “Merchant”) during the Promotion Period (“Qualified Transaction”). Each Qualified Customer (counted by valid identity document number) can enjoy this Reward once only.
  2. This Reward will be automatically sent to the Tap & Go wallet of the Qualified Customers within fourteen (14) days after the purchase at the Merchants. Qualified Customers can use this Reward to redeem the designated “Travel Care” 5 days 4 nights Travel Insurance provided by FWD Hong Kong at FWD Insurance’s website (www.fwd.com.hk) from 1 March 2018 to 30 September 2018.
  3. Customers must have a valid Tap & Go account to receive this Reward. Otherwise, this Reward will be cancelled without notice.
  4. This Reward cannot be used in exchange for cash, gift, service or discount.
  5. This Rebate is not applicable to Customers who have received or are eligible to receive the rebate in the specific promotion using Tap & Go to settle payment at Merchants upon a single net purchase of promotion of designated “Travel Care” 5 days 4 nights Travel Insurance during 20 December 2017 to 28 February 2018.   6. This Reward will be forfeited if the Customers cancel the purchase or apply for refund from the Merchants or if the single net purchase is less than HK$1,500.
  7. HKT Payment Limited (“HKT Payment”) will determine the eligibility of the transactions based on the merchant name from time to time defined by Tap & Go / MasterCard Asia Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited / Merchants’ acquiring banks. The eligible transactions shall be determined at the sole and absolute discretion of HKT Payment and may be varied from time to time without further notice.
  8. HKT Payment accepts no liability for the quality of or any other matters relating to the goods, products and services provided by Merchants. Merchants are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to its provision of goods, products and services.
  9. HKT Payment reserves the right to vary or cancel the Promotion and/or amend or alter these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any disputes, the decision of HKT Payment shall be final and conclusive. Tap & Go is subject to its relevant terms and conditions.   10. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version will prevail.
