Terms and Conditions
*The following promotion ("Promotion") starts from 10 July, 2019 to 31 August, 2019 (both dates inclusive) ("Promotion Period"):
- During the Promotion Period, customers ("Customers") of Tap & Go Payment Service ("Tap & Go") who use Tap & Go UnionPay account to settle payment at Club Travel's website ( www.clubtravel.com.hk) for any flight tickets upon a single transaction of HK$1,000 or above including taxes and surcharges ("Eligible Purchase") will receive Tap & Go stored value rebate equivalent to 2% of the total amount of the Eligible Purchase. Each Customer (counted by valid identification document number) can enjoy this Rebate once per Eligible Purchase.
- This Rebate will be automatically credited to Tap & Go UnionPay account of Customers which used for the Eligible Purchase within one (1) month after the Promotion Period.
- Customers must have a valid Tap & Go UnionPay account to receive this Rebate. Otherwise, this Rebate will be cancelled without notice.
- This Rebate cannot be used in exchange for cash, gift, service or discount.
- This Rebate will be forfeited if Customers cancel the Eligible Purchase or apply for refund of the Eligible Purchase.
- The Club Travel Services Limited ("Club Travel") is a licensed travel agent in Hong Kong (license number 350873), offering online travel portal for quality travel services such as flight tickets, hotels, etc. Club Travel shall be responsible for its travel agent services and accepts no liability for the quality of or any other matters relating to Tap & Go and the services provided by HKT Payment.
- HKT Payment Limited ("HKT Payment") is responsible for Tap & Go (Stored Value Facilities Licence No. SVF0002) and accepts no liability for the quality of or any other matters relating to travel agent services provided by Club Travel.
- Club Travel and HKT Payment reserve the right to vary or cancel the Promotion and/or amend or alter these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any disputes, the decision of Club Travel and HKT Payment shall be final and conclusive. - In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version will prevail.

- During the Promotion Period, customers ("Customers") of Tap & Go Payment Service ("Tap & Go") who use Tap & Go to purchase any TravelCare Insurance on HKT Care's website (https://www.hktcare.com/en/protect/travel/travelcare) ("Eligible Purchase") will receive Tap & Go stored value rebate equivalent to 35% of the total amount of the Eligible Purchase including the premium and the insurance levy ("Rebate"). Each Customer (counted by valid identification document number) can enjoy this Rebate once per Eligible Purchase.
- This Rebate will be automatically credited to the Tap & Go account of Customers which is used for the Eligible Purchase within one (1) month after the Promotion Period.
- Customers must have a valid Tap & Go account to receive this Rebate. Otherwise, this Rebate will be cancelled without notice.
- This Rebate cannot be used in exchange for cash, gift, service or discount.

- The TravelCare Insurance is underwritten by FWD General Insurance Company Limited ("FWDGI") and is subject to its relevant terms and conditions. For details, please refer to https://www.hktcare.com/doc/pdf/travel-care-product-brochure.pdf. FWDGI reserves the final decision on the approval of the insurance application and claim.
- HKT Financial Service (IA) Limited ("HKTIA") is an authorized insurance agency in Hong Kong, offering a wide range of life insurance and general insurance products under the brand of HKT Care. HKTIA is registered with the Insurance Agents Registration Board (registration number 17975461) and an authorized insurance distributor of FWDGI. HKTIA shall be responsible for its TravelCare Insurance and accepts no liability for the quality of or any other matters relating to Tap & Go and the services provided by HKT Payment.
- HKT Payment Limited ("HKT Payment") is responsible for Tap & Go (Stored Value Facilities Licence No. SVF0002) and accepts no liability for the quality of or any other matters relating to TravelCare Insurance and the services provided by HKTIA.
- HKTIA and HKT Payment reserve the right to vary or cancel the Promotion and/or amend or alter these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
