Terms and Conditions

*This promotion (“Promotion”) starts from 16 August, 2018 to 20 August, 2018 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”):

1. 1.1. HK$60 Tap & Go stored value reward (“Reward A”):
   Reward A is applicable to Customers of Tap & Go Payment Service (“Tap & Go”) who successfully upload a copy of a valid identity document, obtain and add a Tap & Go Card to their Tap & Go mobile wallets (“Qualified Customers”), and spend an aggregated amount of at least HK$500 through Tap & Go during the Promotion Period at the selected exhibitors of the Food Expo Public Hall, Home Delights Expo and Beauty & Wellness Expo (“Events”) which are organized by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (“Selected Exhibitors”) (visit http://www.tapngo.com.hk/foodexpo for details of the Selected Exhibitors).
   1.2. HK$30 Tap & Go stored value reward (“Reward B”):
   Reward B is applicable to the new customers (“Qualified New Customers”) who download Tap & Go app at the Events, successfully activate Tap & Go and upload a copy of a valid identity document for the first time during the Promotion Period. Each Qualified New Customer (counted by valid identity document number) can enjoy Reward B once only.
2. The quota for Reward A is limited to 10,000 and Reward B is limited to 1,000 respectively during the Promotion Period, available on a first-come-first-served basis.
   2.1 Each Customer (counted by valid identity document number) can enjoy Reward A or Rewards B once only during the Promotion Period.
   2.2 Qualified Customers and Qualified New Customers, collectively, (“Customers”);
3. Reward A and Reward B, collectively, the (“Rewards”).
4. The Rewards will be automatically credited to Tap & Go accounts of the Customers within thirty (30) days after the Promotion Period.
5. The Customers must have a valid Tap & Go account to receive the Rewards. Otherwise, the Rewards will be cancelled without notice.
6. The Rewards cannot be used in exchange for cash, gift, service or discount.
7. HKT Payment Limited (“HKT Payment”) accepts no liability for the quality of or any other matters relating to the food, drinks, goods, products, and services provided by the Selected Exhibitors. The Selected Exhibitors are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to the provision of food, drinks, goods, products and services.
8. HKT Payment reserves the right to vary or cancel the Promotion and/or amend or alter these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any disputes, the decision of HKT Payment shall be final and conclusive. Tap & Go is subject to its relevant terms and conditions. 9. In the event of inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

Terms & Conditions

1. Holders of single e-ticket have admission only to the Food Expo Public Hall, Home Delights Expo and Beauty & Wellness Expo organized by Hong Kong Trade Development Council (“Organizer”). A top-up admission fee of HKD 25 (for admission before 6pm) or HKD 15 (for admission after 6pm) is required for the admission to Gourmet Zone on the same day. Gourmet Zone will open from 16 to 19 August 2018 (Thursday to Sunday) only.
2. Holders of combo e-ticket have admission to the Food Expo Public Hall, Gourmet Zone, Home Delights Expo and Beauty & Wellness Expo.
3. Food Expo Trade Hall and Hong Kong International Tea Fair (Hall 5) will open to public visitors only on 18 August 2018 (Saturday) from 10:00am to 5:00pm.
4. Admission closes 45 minutes prior to the closing time of the exhibition.
5. The Organizer is responsible for the arrangement of single e-ticket and combo e-ticket. HKT Payment Limited (“HKT Payment”) is responsible for Tap & Go Payment Service (“Tap & Go”). Tap & Go is subject to the relevant terms and conditions. 6. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version will prevail.

Admission Rules & Regulations

1. Visitors to the exhibition must satisfy themselves with the quality, condition, fitness or otherwise of every product before tasting and purchasing at the exhibition venue. The Organizer and HKT Payment do not assume any responsibility for the products provided and sold by the exhibitors.
2. This e-ticket is only valid at the specified date(s) and time(s). No re-entry is allowed.
3. This e-ticket or the QR code for entry is not transferrable. Any mobile phone screen capture or photocopy of this e-ticket and/or the QR code for entry is not acceptable.
4. Purchase of alcohol for person under the age of18 is prohibited at the exhibition venue.
5. Consumption of alcohol at the exhibition venue is not allowed.
6. This e-ticket cannot be exchanged for cash, or other admission e-tickets.
7. The Organizer reserves the right to reject admission, should the e-ticket holder fail to comply with regulations of the Organizer.
8. In case of disputes, the Organizer and HKT Payment reserve the final right of decision on all matters concerning the use of this e-ticket.
