Terms and Conditions

*This promotion (“Promotion”) starts from 18 July, 2018 to 24 July, 2018 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”):

1. 1.1. HK$60 Tap & Go stored value reward (“Reward A”):
   Reward A is applicable to Customers of Tap & Go Payment Service (“Tap & Go”) who successfully upload a copy of a valid identity document, obtain and add a Tap & Go Card to their Tap & Go mobile wallets (“Qualified Customers”), and spend an aggregated amount of at least HK$500 through Tap & Go during the Promotion Period at Tap & Go Virtual Store or the selected exhibitors of Hong Kong Book Fair 2018 (“Selected Exhibitors”) (visit https://www.tapngo.com.hk/bookfair for details of the Selected Exhibitors).
   1.2. HK$30 Tap & Go stored value reward (“Reward B”):
   Reward B is applicable to the new customers (“Qualified New Customers”) who successfully activate Tap & Go and upload a copy of a valid identity document for the first time during the Promotion Period. Each Qualified New Customer (counted by valid identity document number) can enjoy this HK$30 reward once only.
2. The quota for Reward A is limited to 10,000 and Reward B is limited to 1,000 respectively during the Promotion Period, available on a first-come-first-served basis.
3. Each Customer (counted by valid identity document number) can enjoy Reward A or Rewards B once only during the Promotion Period. Qualified Customers and Qualified New Customers, collectively, (“Customers”); Reward A and Reward B, collectively, the (“Rewards”).
4. The Rewards will be automatically credited to Tap & Go accounts of the Customers within thirty (30) days after the Promotion Period.
5. The Customers must have a valid Tap & Go account to receive the Rewards. Otherwise, the Rewards will be cancelled without notice.
6. The Rewards cannot be used in exchange for cash, gift, service or discount.
7. HKT Payment Limited (“HKT Payment”) accepts no liability for the quality of or any other matters relating to the food, drinks, goods, products, and services provided by the Selected Exhibitors. The Selected Exhibitors are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to the provision of food, drinks, goods, products and services.
8. HKT Payment reserves the right to vary or cancel the Promotion and/or amend or alter these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any disputes, the decision of HKT Payment shall be final and conclusive. Tap & Go is subject to its relevant terms and conditions. 9. In the event of inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
