Promotion 1 Terms and Conditions

*This promotion (“Promotion”) starts from 29 November, 2017 to 13 January, 2018 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”):

  1. 500 Clubpoints (“Reward A”), an iPhone 8 (256 GB) with a promotional code of Casetify (“Reward B”) and an iPhone X (256 GB) with a promotional code of Casetify (“Reward C”) are applicable to customers (“Customers”) of Tap & Go Payment Service (“Tap & Go”) who successfully upload a copy of a valid identity document to their Tap & Go mobile wallets, use the “Go QR” payment method via Tap & Go to pay a single invoice of HK$50 or above (excluding the purchase of prepaid payment products and coupons) during the Promotion Period at the Support “Go QR” Merchants (“Merchants”) and receive the relevant prize notification (visit www.tapngo.com.hk/eng/merchants.html#goqr for Merchants’ details).

  2. The quota for Reward A, Reward B and Reward C is limited to one hundred and sixty (160), four (4) and one (1) respectively during the Promotion Period.
  3. Each Customer (counted by valid identity document number) can enjoy either Reward A, Reward B or Reward C once only.
  4. Customers must call Tap & Go’s Service Hotline at 2888 0000 from 9:00am to 9:00pm within 5 working days upon receiving the relevant prize notification and list out the steps of using the “Go QR” payment method in the correct order to receive the Rewards. Each Customer has two (2) chances to provide the correct answer.
  5. All transactions eligible for the Rewards are non-refundable.
  6. Customers will automatically become a member of The Club when activating their Tap & Go account with a copy of a valid identity document.
  7. Reward A will be credited to Customers’ The Club membership account within four (4) to six (6) weeks after the Promotion Period.
  8. Customers must collect Reward B and Reward C within fourteen (14) days after the Promotion Period, or Reward B and Reward C will be cancelled without notice.
  9. The colours of iPhone 8 and iPhone X are offered at the discretion of HKT Payment Limited (“HKT Payment”). No exchange or return policy is applicable for the Rewards.
  10. Customers’ Tap & Go accounts must still be valid when receiving the Rewards. Otherwise, the Rewards will be cancelled without notice.
  11. The Rewards cannot be used in exchange for cash, gift, service or discount.
  12. HKT Payment is not liable for the failure of prize notification to the Customers due to their inaccurate or incorrect information provided or any event beyond HKT Payment’s reasonable control.
  13. HKT Payment makes no guarantees, warranties, or representations of any kind, either express or implied, concerning the goods or services available or the Rewards offered.
  14. HKT Payment shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, cost or expense of any kind whatsoever arising out of or in connection with the Rewards offered.
  15. HKT Payment accepts no liability for the quality of or any other matters relating to the goods, products, food, drinks and services provided by the Merchants. The Merchants are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to the provision of goods, products, food, drinks and services.

  17. HKT Payment reserves its sole rights to vary or cancel the Promotion and/or amend or alter these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.   18. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version will prevail.

Promotion 2 Terms and Conditions

*This promotion (“Promotion”) starts from 29 November, 2017 to 13 January, 2018 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”):

  1. Promotional code of Casetify (“Reward”)
    This Reward is applicable to customers (“Customers”) of Tap & Go Payment Service (“Tap & Go”) who successfully upload a copy of a valid identity document to their Tap & Go mobile wallets and use the “Go QR” payment method via Tap & Go to pay a single invoice of HK$50 or above (excluding the purchase of prepaid payment products and coupons) at the Support “Go QR” Merchants (“Merchants”) during the Promotion Period (visit www.tapngo.com.hk/eng/merchants.html#s2 for Merchants’ details). Customers must take a photo (“Photo”) of the item(s) purchased using “Go QR” payment method and submit the Photo to the Facebook page of Tap & Go (www.facebook.com/tapngohk/) (“Tap & Go’s Facebook Page”) during the Promotion Period. Customers whose Photo selected by Tap & Go can win this Reward (“Winners”).
  2. The quota for this Reward is limited to fifty (50) during the Promotion Period.
  3. Each Customer (counted by valid identity document number) can enjoy this Reward once only.
  4. Customers must make a public 4. The cut-off time for submitting the Photo is 11:59pm, 13 January, 2018 (based on Facebook’s system time).
  5. Customers must submit the Photo and provide their Tap & Go account numbers during the Promotion Period by private message to Tap & Go’s Facebook Page.
  6. Customers must post the Photo on their Facebook accounts as a public post which includes the hashtags “#TapnGo” and “#Casetify”.
  7. The Photo must clearly show the item(s) purchased using the “Go QR” payment method via Tap & Go.
  8. Each Customer must only submit one (1) Photo to Tap & Go’s Facebook Page. Customers who submit more than one (1) Photo will be deemed ineligible for the Promotion.
  9. The Winners will be announced on Tap & Go’s Facebook Page before 5:00pm, 18 January, 2018. The Winners will receive this Reward through a private message sent by Tap & Go via Facebook.
  10. This Reward cannot be used in exchange for cash, gift, service or discount.
  11. HKT Payment Limited (“HKT Payment”) makes no guarantees, warranties, or representations of any kind, either express or implied, concerning the goods or services available or this Reward offered.
  12. HKT Payment has the right to use, display or publish the Photo on a non-exclusive, royalty-free and worldwide basis for the purpose of the Promotion.
  13. Customers must acknowledge and represent that the Photo does not infringe any third party intellectual property rights.
  14. HKT Payment shall have no liability for any suit, proceedings or claim asserted or brought against HKT Payment arising from or in connection with the use of the Photo.
  15. HKT Payment shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, cost or expense of any kind whatsoever arising out of or in connection with this Reward offered.
