^Customers will automatically become a member of our loyalty program The Club by activating a Tap & Go account with a copy of a valid identity document.
#HKT bills include bill payment for the Fixed Line service, mobile services of csl and 1O1O, and broadband service of NETVIGATOR provided by Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited.
- 1,000 Clubpoints Reward (“Reward”):
This Reward is applicable to customers of Tap & Go Payment Service (“Tap & Go”) who have successfully uploaded a copy of a valid identity document (“Customers”). Customers are eligible to receive the Reward if they use Tap & Go through (i) Tap & Go mobile wallet app; (ii) “My HKT” website or (iii) “My HKT” app to settle any bill for mobile services of csl and 1O1O, Fixed Line service and broadband service of NETVIGATOR provided by Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited (“Merchant”) successfully for three (3) consecutive months starting from the date you settle the first bill during the Promotion Period. The aggregated bill amount for each month must be HK$200 or above. Each Customer (counted by identity document number) can enjoy the Reward for a maximum of once only.
- Customers will automatically become a member of our loyalty program The Club by activating a Tap & Go account with a copy of a valid identity document.
- This Reward will be automatically credited to the Customer’s membership account of The Club within four (4) to six (6) weeks after settling the last bill payment during the three (3) consecutive months.
- All benefits, amenities, offers, awards and services of The Club are subject to availability and may be changed at any time without notice. - This Promotion is not applicable to split bill transactions, any cancelled and refunded bill.
- This Promotion cannot be used in exchange for cash, gift, service or discount.
- HKT Payment Limited (“HKTPL”) accepts no liability for the quality of or any other matters relating to the goods, products and services provided by the Merchant. The Merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to the goods, products and services. HKTPL shall be responsible for Tap & Go and the arrangement of the Promotion.
- HKTPL reserves its sole rights to vary or cancel the Promotion and/or amend or alter these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any disputes, the decision of HKTPL shall be final and conclusive. Tap & Go is subject to Tap & Go Payment Service Terms and Conditions. - In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version will prevail.
